The classic Dreamcast game from 1999/2000. Lay arrows down in a maze, try to guide mice to their rockets before cats get them. [Not TECHNICALLY a programming game, but close enough to fit into this channel.]

otheraccount: They've taken a classic frantic multiplayer puzzle/ action game and it turned it into a great single player game. In particular, the controls which require you to place arrows pointing different directions on a grid are much much better on a touch screen--where you can swipe any grid square in any direction to put an arrow there there in that direction-- than they were on Dreamcast, where you had to use the joystick to move a cursor to the square you wanted and could never quite get it there fast enough. Also, it's inexplicably only 99¢
