My favorite sleep activity tracker. Taking place of your alarm app, set alarms within SleepBot and simply press the button "Going to Sleep" and start tracking your sleep. The app keeps up with your "sleep debt" and also has a "Smart Alarm" to wake you up at the best time during your sleep cycle based off the alarm you set. While the alarm automatically ends the sleep tracking, you can also go back and edit your log for hours you didn't document. These are just a few of the great features that SleepBot has to offer.

A really well designed app that allows you to track your sleep. It has the ability to track how long you sleep for each night and can also track movement and record audio throughout the night. It also allows you to set how long you want the app to wait after you clock in before it starts recording the time, to factor in the time it takes to fall asleep. This app has tips on how to fall asleep, how to stay awake and various other sleep related info and comes with a 1x1 widget for easy clocking in and out. Really interesting app for free, definitely one worth checking out.
