    If you were like me and had a separate texting plan, cancel it and use Google Voice. For a $20 fee you can even use your current phone number.

    Yes it only issues USA number, something I wish they would fix but that does mean free calls to the US. It can also take over as your voice mail and is actually more convenient than what most providers offer (for one thing you can take your inbox with you when you move)
