It looks like shit but I still love it. Especially useful on a tablet when you want to do stuff and browse.

Not everyone has that built in multitasking feature just yet. And I'm one is those right now. But if you need to use a browser that will allow you to run it in the background this is it. Why do you want something like this? Ever wanted to play a video on YouTube, but just hearing the audio is enough while you do other things with the phone? This is it. Screen off and in the pocket while you use it like media player. It has a few glitches like typing in a search item and not being able to see what you're typing and no recent update. But for what I use it for it works. (Update: re-size browser window, able to fold the page to the side to prevent obstruction, It's also a fully functioning browser with the usual array of features eg bookmarks, share page, homepage.)

What is Hover Browser? Hover Browser is an attempt to free you from your single application sandbox. By allowing you to open multiple weblinks within multiple resizable windows, Hover Browser lets you decide how much content you want visible at any time.

Whether it's viewing images of cats from reddit links, or opening articles from Google Now, Hover Browser is able to open and load the content quickly so you don't ever have to leave your current application.

With quick collapsible windows, you can handle multiple open sites at the same time -- an ideal experience for tablet users.
