Chose this one above Google authenticator because it's everything the other app should be, I'm constantly installing new ROMs in my phone, and having to set up each 2-step account everytime was starting to give me headaches. Authy offers sync for your accounts and a built-in lock for the app.

I've never bothered using 2-step verification with the google autenticator since it felt like such a hassle and not worth the time. However.. this app changed that since it does it so much better and also looks great.

Two-Factor Authentication [Pb]: With so many sites having two-factor authentication for logins, it's prudent to use them. But, you might not like the idea of having a separate app for each account. So, here's an app that can provide the mobile-based authentication services for multiple sites.

Goodbye Google Authenticator, Hello Authy. I'm a firm believer in protecting anything I can when it comes to mobile/internet security. Authy replaces Google Authenticator for Gmail, and can also handle pretty much every other site I use. It's a no brainer really.

Google Authenticator can do the essential part of what this app does, however this one adds the option to use a pin code to use the app. It also adds some other features such as cross device syncing and a chrome extension. It has support for many two factor auth sites and makes it a breeze storing the authentication codes. Maybe this app can finally convince more people to start using 2-factor authentication.
